39°C already according to the sensor in my #meshtastic node. It is in the sun now though.

🥵not even the hottest part of the day yet!! 4pm 44 degrees at that rate?!

Slightly cooler where I am at the moment with 32 but higher humidity at 34%.

Yeah my Meshtastic node reading is higher than the BoM readings as it was getting some direct sun. The BoM app shows it as 35 here.

Direct sun would definitely be harsher.

Will it cope if it hits +40 later today?

The modules are rated for -40°C to 85°C so it should be fine..
