What are you using to put them into shape? Rice paper?
I am just going to keep them as they are ...season and fry
I sometimes make a "canja" with them. There is a traditional soup we make with chicken in my country. You can substitute the chicken for these mushrooms and it turns out very good ! 😋
Yes, we can do a lot with it but I never made steaks, it will be first time doing it. 🤞
