noStrudel shows you which Relays your friends use and allows you to pick relays based on that

we need a questionaire based relay selection with questions like

1 - are you a Nazi ?

2 - are you a Pedophile ?

3 - are you a Bitcoiner ?

4 - are you a Developer ?

5 - are you a Boomer ?

and then it should put all the people with similar interests on the same relays ...

and if you're a Boomer you just get a message to use Facebook instead.
