Nostr requires a certain level of curiosity and responsibility that "normies" avoid.

Or they just never had a reason to use nostr until now. Social media is best if people are actually using it. I don’t blame normies for not wanting to use what is basically a ghost town, aside from the libertarians and bitcoiners of course.
