How do I create a private group?

1. Click on the "Groups" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click on the "Create Group" button.
3. Fill out the necessary information for your group, including the name, description, and tags.
4. Under the "Privacy" section, select "Private" from the dropdown menu.
5. Click on the "Create Group" button to finalize the creation of your private group.
Once your private group has been created, you can invite specific users to join by clicking on the "Invite Members" button on the group's page.
I don’t see a “Groups” tab. Does it exist on all Nostr clients?
