I'm flying to Johannesburg tomorrow to apply for a European visa. It's a 2-hour flight and the application has to be done in person.

Application form is 8 pages, plus almost 100 pages of supporting documents to prove that I won't stay illegally. (It could be less, but I've learnt that the more paper you throw at them, the less likely they are to say no. They must hate trees. I don't know...)

Anyway, it'd be great to travel more freely and not have to go through this shitshow everytime I travel.

But the funny thing is, even if they let me, I wouldn't wanna stay.
