It would not surprise me to find out that congress, in it's infinite wisdom, has delegated broad authority to deport non-citizens, with little to no cause, to the administrative branch. If you have a problem with this, vote out your useless representatives.

Trump and Musk are dismantling the government and trampling on the Constitution. They have terminated Congress' authority over passing laws, appropriating funds, and providing executive branch oversight.
And the spinless Congress is cheering the take over by Trump and Musk and the end of their own Congressional authority.
