If you’re on iOS, you can use an app like Fing to figure out the ip address of your s9.
Once you have it, you can login to your miner. I think it’s root/root (user/pass).
Under settings/config you can add the link to Braiins mining pool. (You should have it in your account)

It will take few hours for S9 to tune. Mine took 3.5
