Tip: if you're on cloudflare I would setup caching, the website speed is greatly increased
Using render.com, I think they do that automatically. I couldn't figure out how to pre-render it as a static site though, so I'm using the node adapter, not sure if that eliminates all the benefits of having a CDN
I think PoW has its place in nostr, but not as spam protection.
I believe PoW can be used to interject signal into a noisey feed (potentially for ML algorithms to pick up).
For example
- You could spend time and energy to mine a high pow event id to boost a post that you saw recently
- PoW boost makes for a true signal over noisey zaps as zaps can easily be gamed for popularity (sending yourself zaps)
