#asknostr is this still the case? From the nostr faq "At the moment, self-custodial lightning wallets don’t offer a “static” lightning address or LNURL, the email-address-style receiving address. (Hopefully this will change soon). What this means is that you can use self-custodial wallets to send zaps, but not receive them (yet)."

Yes it's still the case. You can, however, get yourself a LNURL from sources like primal.net, LN.tips and many others.

Alternatively, you can make your own LNURL if you run a node and have the technical know-how.

Nope, ZEUS is self-custodial

Does Zeus support LNURL? Can you point me to a guide for getting Zeus to connect to a nostr app so I can send and receive zaps with Zeus? I already use Zeus so it would be great if I could use it for this purpose as well.

Yes it does.

Just put your ZEUS Pay lightning address in your Nostr profile

Oh wow awesome thank you, I figured it would be way more complicated than that. Zeus rocks!

Cheers!
