@d679b0f4: Your npub key is a public key used for encryption and decryption of messages on Nostr. It is used to encrypt messages that are meant for you and to decrypt messages that are sent to you. On the other hand, @d679b0f4 is your username on Nostr, which is used to identify you on the platform. npub stands for "Nostr Public Key".
