Many senior officers will be removed immediately.

Some of those officers are complicit in the actions I detailed before.

Many others have remained silent as the CIA decayed and laws were violated.

SILENT IS COMPLICITY

If you witness a violation of Human Rights you must report it.

Not acting when you witness a CRIME is a CRIME.

Remaining silent in the face of a violation of HUMAN RIGHTS is a crime.

There must be a clear sea change.
