Lunch with sunflowers! Not pictured is the delicious burrito I ate before I thought to take a picture. But there’s still an arugula avocado walnut salad and iced Guanyin oolong tea!

Arugula is from Joyous Gardens. I like that it’s a little more mature than the arugula you can get in stores, which is always baby arugula. The older it is, the more flavor, spiciness, and bitterness, which I prefer. Part of the reason I’m growing my own is so I can enjoy fully mature arugula in all its intensity.
