what do you mean? I meant like the umbrel home has 3 USB ports but no HDMI port or anything so im trying to get my monitor to connect thru USB so I can access the terminal and fix the firewall settings

my makeshift USB to HDMI is not giving me an ouput(I doubted it would its like 4 adapters chained together) so i might have to bite the bullet and buy a USB to HDMI cable but I don't wanna spend money lol
You may want to check to see if itโs even gonna output anything different then what I showed you.
Iโve never seen anything else and to my knowledge this is all it will output to a display. Donโt quote me on that tho.

im gunna sleep soon and hopefully wake up to a reply from umbrel, I think what's going to happen is they'll tell me I can do USB to HDMI with a good quality cable and use the terminal from there, but we will see
