I thought this was a great piece - I’ve never had prob with sleep but recent years have been scattered. Some interesting tips - seeing the sunlight in the morning and at sunset to tip off your brain, blocking blue light by 8pm, that red light, experiment how tea or coffee keeps you awakes (in my case tea) etc

Huberman has so many good protocols! My sleep used to be terrible, but this stuff actually improves it.
