Once iOS enables extension support for PWAs, my upcoming web app dashboard will become the safest place for you to use Nostr.
Android, macOS, and PC already support it, but I also have some workarounds for iOS for now.
Are there alreday plans from Apple to offer this kind of support?

It seems like they are going to that direction. They recently enabled PWA support to other browser on ios.
