Because Thai customers have less choices, thus Thai style's companies do not care customer's mind when they have done some wrong things.

This is also 1 of reasons why Thai companies has died when foreign companies have come to start their business in Thailand territory.

Thai style's companies only have an apologize and do not compensate so much enough to recover customer's painful.

P.S. This is 1 of reasons why economics & business administration students should concern the basic of economics about the demand theory, not focus only Demand-Supply on macro lens.
