I think nano technology will eventually completely change how we do emergency medicine (that's my area, but I'm sure it will in others too). People often laugh at the future I see, but I think we will look back on today as if it's archaic.

It is super hard to imagine... but then again it's amazing what we take for granted today that was super hard to imagine 20 years ago.
