I’m sure lots of people were waiting to see if the dumpening would happen with the unlock and now consider it much less risky with that behind them.

I have to give the scammers credit, they throttled things so much that even if everyone did want to withdraw, it would have taken months and probably wouldn’t have added too much daily liquidity anyway.
