Experimented with making a dry dark ale.

Some people say adding dry enzymes to a dark ale will fuck it.

Guess I’ll see how it goes in 3 weeks or so.

How difficult is it to make your own beer?!

Not that difficult really.

Hardest parts are keeping everything sterile so it doesn’t get infected and have a constant temperature controlled environment so the yeast can doesn’t give nasty flavours.

It’s a fun hobby that when you do it right you trap good tasting rewards.

It’s my real life proof of work.
