Do they all indicate the same verification or separate verifications? If the same, should they be consolidated in the UI? If separate, should they display differently (icon, color, other indicator, etc.)? I need to dig into the codebase, but is there a design system, style guide, etc. or has everything kinda happened organically through prototyping?

They all have different meanings as you can see from the list. It's a different verification as well but that is not important. It's about communicating the meaning, not the engineering behind it.
Hmm so my feedback is scrap #2 entirely it means nothing to me. Number 1 idk, but 3 should just be a blurred image/video with a warning popup that itβs been changed and you have to click ok on that message to view

NIP05 is an effective way to validate if a person still controls the key you thought they controlled. Otherwise, how are you making sure you are still talking to the same person and not an attacker that has taken over that account?

Then everything would be blurred because most images on your feed are just unverifiable as opposed to NIP-94 or 95 images.
