Thanks, very tasty! Although it's not beef, I consider home fries/potatoes made in animal fat oh-ok. Goose fat didn't burn and I poured it back for reuse. Still looks clear. And whatever fat is gone, it's in the fries, so I'm sneaking good fats in.
Key ingredient is having kids help out. Cooking with them always brings out the enthusiasm in everybody.
The only thing I added at one point which I'm not bragging about is: *truffle* mayonnaise. It's delicious but rape seed oil :-E
