TLDR; Does anyone use tubeless tyres on road #bikes ?

I was, mistakenly, shipped a #tubeless Conti 5000 tyre by an online shop. They immediately acknowledged their error and sent me a clincher replacement but because of the return cost they told me to keep the tickets tubeless tyre.

I put it on my #cycling groups message board for the price of a cup of coffee at the next cafe stop and nobody wanted it!

What are people's thoughts on high pressure tubeless?
