I think it was 45 days to "come up with a plan to release"

Actually it was 15 days for JFK, 45 for RFK and MLK... but all say just for a plan. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/declassification-of-records-concerning-the-assassinations-of-president-john-f-kennedy/

Since these people use doublespeak, "45 days to plan for release" means "redact and delete files as fast as possible, no further action required"
