Not sure I agree with you about min wage. Feel someone on min wage should be able to have all basic necessities, opportunity for a modest home, and a little for treats/holidays or savings (that hold value). Those who want to upgrade their life can apply themselves. There isn’t enough space for everyone to be the manager or boss. Agree you should be able to boot employees for whatever reason though, even if arbitrary or unfair.
