This is an idea I’ve suggested before. I think it’s on the nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 roadmap.
A while back nostr:npub16sqzxgzz38dw8ttfan67vjynnz8pprmuhulu5m0e0pkvyaw5vflqudnz6j and I played #FreakyFriday where we swapped Lightning Addresses to see who could get each other more zaps.
And nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm was doing zap splits at their BTC Prague photo booth.
I love all the possibilities that can be built here.

Sounds like zap splits may be merged into NIP-57 soon.

You can do it like that:
Dear friends and supporters,
"I am launching a fundraising campaign for [Name of the recipient or the purpose of the donation]. If you're interested in contributing your support through the Lightning Network, please follow the instructions below.
Donation address: [Provide the Lightning Network address of the recipient]"
Of course, it would be good if the donors transfer the money directly to the wallet of the recipient of the donation - if they zap, they simply send him/her the amount of the zaps received.
I know that's not the best solution - but as long as there isn't another one I think it's ok.
This is a very needed functionality. It could help so much for donations for example.

when a #nostr event is created, can I specify which lightning wallet the zaps go to? I'm not sure how an event is associated with a wallet.

Its already in the spec but damus doesnt implement it yet. Ours was more of a workaround
