I never knew about this but look at awesome things you get from theobromine:

so, for sure, it's going to help you recover from chronic caffeine consumption, and also help with restoring healthy kidney function after chronic alcohol consumption.
in general it's going to help your lymphatic system clear out because it's improving kidney output. adding salt to that mix will further assist, as increasing salt intake alone improves lymphatic clearance.
reading more about metabolites, it looks like I overestimated how much caffeine alters blood chemistry, but I definitely feel like it accumulates damage over time, and especially when combined with other stuff like what's added to energy drinks and alcohol and nicotine.
for sure, if you are looking to get off the unholy trinity of nicotine, alcohol and caffeine, you can't go wrong with adding cacao powder to your stack.
the fats in cacao are also really good for you, you can see it really quickly how it clears up the oils in the skin. beef fat also helps a lot in this way as well, even if you are only getting it from eating steaks.
