I would disagree. As long as there is a thought, there would be zero entropy. Thoughts are waves that ripple through the ether. That movement will always exist.
Once every star has cooled to absolute zero who's thinking?
Also, creation is always happening. Why is this devolving of everything to zero a thing?
I would worry more about the exhaustion of novelty.
