Why is the gym always packed on Monday and empty by Wednesday? Seriously these ppl only need to workout once a week? Motivation only comes after Sunday? I need answers!!! 🤷🏽♀️

But why? How? I mean I am happy cause the less ppl at the gym the better, but for real it doesn’t work if you go once a week… starting to worry about them 😅
Feeling like a lazy ass Sunday, go to gym on Monday, realize it’s too much effort, skip the rest of the week. Repeat.
Most weak sauce people have an x workouts per week target and front load them to lazy the rest of the weak away.
