Why do people keep speculating about the BTC price movement?

Haven't we all learnt that the single most important factor affecting it is interest rates? Who cares about the entrails of a bird, the "graphs" or turtle bones?

The next Fed meeting is tomorrow. Then you'll have a clear signal. Or not. It's JPow after all.
