I think it could be a point of view and a possible source of motivation yes, but also the opposite leading to a vicious circle of unhappiness.

I believe depends on how you approach it and if you look inside yourself for the cause of it, or look for them externally, dismissing so your potential of influencing your happiness level.

So I would say, yes motivational if you are self aware it depends more from you than from anybody or anything else. And in this act of acknowledging we need strong will, discipline and consistency.. for me personally easier to say than to do, but working on it 😅
