What are they ways in which an ETF could be used to co opt Bitcoin? Just want to start to wrap my head around the methods... so far I can think of

- buy up and control all the miners. Block template control could be a way to censor. Ocean addressing this it seems.

- can't redeem actual BTC. As price appreciates one could sell but it would be into fiat as it inflates.

- rehypothecate the aum Bitcoin. Could this be tracked on chain and seen and alerted to?

Anything else?
