This 7 hour time difference is brutal. I slept for 4 hours and woke up wide awake. Ugh.

4 hr is a magic number for sleep.
It helps me to get up and move around a bit without doing the morning caffeine routine, and the moment a nap sounds good, usually I can nab another 4hr cycle
Also, having a day or two upon return before getting slammed back into the normal routine helps a lot.
I've got a very wierd relationship with sleep 😜

I have off on Tuesday and hope to use it to recoup a bit.
