Personal bias: any woman's natural hair could never be too 'any' (pretty). Black, white, blonde, ginger, brunette... Can simply not smile whenever thinking those colors in woman's hair. Artificial ink in the other hand... could be difficult to achieve a reaction that is not precisely 'natural', that being for say so, artificial treat = artificial reaction.
