I don't understand, why #Bitcoin is the one and only for some people her, in #Nostr. Ok, the #LN is a great advantage.

But I remind everyone that there was some hard fork regarding the Bitcoin network - because the block size limited to 1MB, slowing network and higher transaction fee - wich led to reation of e.g. Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Now, the BCH network forks again, see this article, what led to it:

To understand why most people on Nostr consider everything else a useless scam, you need to understand two things: why only PoW works (and why PoS can never be securely decentralised) & why you can't put real bananas on the blockchain.

Yess! They have to understand the whole blockchain. Not the technology, only the principles. You can't put real bananas on blockchain (not just NFT's 😀), but as I've mentioned earlier you can track the container's full of bananas. BTW: not only PoS and PoW exists (see the NEO with dBFT)

You are right. Some will never understand the importance of the blockchain, it is worthless to try to explain. THX 😉
