There are some rough edges around managing 'your' relays. It tracks your relays just like it tracks other people's relays, and that includes the content of the relay list you already have to figure out where to find your own posts (not where to post them, though, even though that should be the same thing)... but then the part of the code where you edit 'your' relays isn't tightly tied to that other part. So yes sorry, you have to re-add your relays.
