Anyone who isn't in Bitcoin yet, belongs to the lower type in your pic. That BIP isn't so bad for adoption. The Gigabrains, being Gigabrains, can certainly adapt to a 1:100,000,000 split, don't you think?

Yeah, we call them "sats".

You can call them bitpennies if you like.

But don't call them 'a' Bitcoin. It's Bitcoin, like cents are Dollars, but a cent is not 'a' Dollar ffs

Then you don't need BIP 177, because sats are bitcoin.

We already use them, when we pay somebody 'in Bitcoin'.

But we normally don't pay them in 'Bitcoins'
