CAUTION; legal advice required*

Suggestion: Use your radio skills/programme to teach the ciphers inside USA; you've already got enough of a start to do so correctly. Start with very simple stuff; that's repeatable ... beat it into them thus e.g. you could use;

* it may be a crime to e.g. broadcast in cipher (anything at all). It is in UK over e.g. HAM radio (I checked).
