The vast majority died because of the protocol:

- Ventilate patients early

- Use Remdesivir ($9 cost, $2,700 markup) *widely known to be deadly

- Refuse ivermectin, HCQ, vitamin D, zinc etc

- Sedated people to death

Then the PREP Act made sure nobody could be sued.
