Dumb question : Do #nostr relays, by their name, attract people who talk about subjects relating to the relay name OR is that just a misunderstanding?

I definitely think that relay operators should name their relays to convey what their goal is.
My own relay is just named after my username, but that's fitting for a free, uncensored relay. wss://nostr.libertasprimordium.com
I think eventually that will be the best way to kind of create your own algo. Connecting/disconnecting to certain relays to be able to filter subjects that way. I’m sure someone will develop something along those lines.
