#AI is restoring my curiosity by eliminating the friction associated with manual research.

Before, I would think "I wonder about XYZ", but knowing it was relatively complicated, and that simply doing a web search would not be sufficient, I would often dismiss the idea because I didn't want to have an office project for something that seemed trivial.

Now, with #Grok and the like, I can start a dialog to query the corpus of internet "knowledge", and even interrogate it critically from different angles, all in a universal, text conversation.

What's kind of interesting to me, is if discovery changes enough with "real time" feedback, that the models create a type of communication channel between users that we're not even aware of. Like if researchers are all hitting a certain set of publications frequently in recent days, it might surface it more to other similar users, and accelerate collab

100% - by unifying the interface to knowledge, the walls of a fragmented internet which would typically create artificial and accidental silos in the world come down.

In a way, #AI does to knowledge what #Bitcoin does to money: universalizes the contract for entering into and transforming knowledge.
