It doesn't need to be just one association for Nostr. The goal is to not centralize, but the decentralize from today's projects and create free-market accountability to the decision on the application of the cash alone.

That is a feedback loop that should be separate from the application development feedback loop.

Devs can do the app dev feedback loop just fine. But we are generally terrible to create good cash application feedback loops.

Separating the two makes sense. It allows users to bet on separate individuals.
