Yes, this is a really good (but quite technical) overview of how nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c has implemented the first (and IMO most important) part of what people are typically referring to when they are saying "gossip" model.
Basically, how do you find the right relays to query for a user's notes. Done well, this might mean you're connecting to more relays, but pulling less (or rather, more specific) data from each relay.
