Except increasingly there is a huge reason. Big brother is watching addresses. A storm is coming. It's a trust network to protect and batten down the hatches.
No one is obssessed other than A. Beck. You can see it on a liquid-blockchain. 1-2 transactions per block.
I think it's legit interest drummed up by effective #zapvertizing ... if there is truly privacy to be had then I'm interested
