yer tried scanning with wallet and doesn’t work, scanning with phone looks like this

And you build it with your npub? A wallet isn't going to read it, because it isn't a lightning invoice or address, it's a weblink.

Yer I get the qr but when I scan it it opens the page I showed you. Dont get it

when I click on the link you sent it works but not when I do it on phone

Yeah, it will likely not work in a wallet unless lightning wallets start opening browser windows for links.
