Can someone explain like I’m five how the relays work and where to find them to add?

I equate them to streams of communication. You can see/post in however few/many you want.
How do you find them to follow?
You could do what I did. If you’re on Damus, you just click on someone’s profile>relays>add relays.

Yep, I did that too! Wonder how common that is - we’re going to end up being the blind leading the blind. But, the ability to see which posts come from which relay might be coming
