Had a long conversation yesterday with a good friend who's self-employed in the consulting industry. He’s in a tough spot right now—his company is going through a transition, and he has limited #liquidity. He also has a self-occupied home that he’s still paying off.

I’m really grateful that I chose not to invest in a self-occupied property. Instead, I prefer the flexibility of renting and saving in #Bitcoin. It allows me to avoid the stress of #mortgage payments while still having the #freedom to adapt to changing circumstances.
