When I wake up I want a cigarette

After I eat I want a cigarette

During work and after work I want a cigarette

If I'm drawing or being creative I accidentally smoke too much and don't even pay attention to time

If I'm stressed I literally chain-smoke

When I drink coffee it makes me want to smoke more

This (+ unhealthy amount of energy drinks) is why I had a heart attack

The people that tell you smoking isn't that bad just want you to have health problems

Fuck those people

Smoking is horrible for your health, and I will never tell anyone otherwise, but I just can't stop/won't stop and learned to live with the expectation my lifespan is likely cut down significantly

It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

It truly is the most disgusting vile habit.

I tell people all the time not to start...

Kinda like:

Me: *takes drag of cigarette* never ever fuckin smoke it's literally the hardest addiction to kick, it's disgusting and just retarded.

Them: but you're literally smoking right now

Me: exactly, I know what I'm talking about

It is that bad, I switched to vaping, probably also bad, but you don't feel it in lungs like smoking

I tried this and it just doesn't have the same oomph. I need the combustion and smell on my fingers after 🙊

I couldn't get into vaping, I didn't feel it destroying my lungs enough.
