I don't have commercial property just some single family houses on normal mortgages. If the bottom does drop out I would just hold them but I'd rather sell them now before/if the market drops.
The drop has already begun. New home sales are beginning to decrease. I design trusses, both my parents work for home builders. There is a slowdown in the whole industry as the money has dried up. Only thing keeping it up is demand is still high because there are a lot of people that still don't have homes but want them.
