I wonder if there would be a way to create a bot, where you can have it pull notes someone posted for a certain amount of time gone. So when you come back from a long day you can easily find notes from a group of “favorite” accounts.

Be nice to find a way to see what happened while you were at work or sleep.

That would be a great idea. It's like the Twitter algorithm, except you get to decide who the algorithm places on the top of your feed.
